A kawi dealer is probably the best, or you might try ebay. New ones at cheapcycleparts.com or other online stores will be cheaper than a dealer, but shipping charges will eat your lunch.

The threads in the aluminum body may be stripped, rather than the threads in the steel drain screws.

If there is a specialty bolt store in your town, you can probably get the drain screws there cheaper than from a dealership.
A hand impact driver loosens stuck bolts without damaging the heads. They're cheap, and everyone who works on bikes should have one. http://www.harborfreight.com/impact-...ase-37530.html
