I ride with one. My boyfriend gave it to me when we started riding and i gave him one too.
Its not the bell itself but the love and meaning behind it that makes it special.

If you have the mil spec vest, it's in its own little pocket in the inside left chest pocket. I want to say it's in the top corner nearest the zipper.

Tiny thing so you really have to feel for it, but it should be there.
