Mirror plastic washer??

I removed my mirrors off for track day purposes by removing the bolt that hold the stalks to the fairing. Apparently there's suppose to be a plastic washer under the bolt that squeezes against the bolt to keep the mirror stalk from pivoting. I can't seem to find it on the fiche in any of the parts catalog... Anyone know where I can find this part??

I circled in red where the bolt and said plastic washer is located. If you removed the foam adhesive cover you'll gain access to the allen bolt:

I'll get the a photo tomorrow if it helps.

Well that plastic washer is more like a nylon nut except it's not threaded. I headed to Lowes and found the closest size nylon nut in the hardware section. I can't recall the size but it was a tad bit too big and a bit too tall. I used my dremel to file out the threads so that the allen bolt would fit through and cut down to size to fit inside the bracket. Works good now
