sometimes I feel that the way to show people why supersports are terrible first bikes is by having them ride pillion and just pin the throttle to make them realize that they're on a rocketship, worked for me with my former general manager's cbr600rr

Interesting little factoid, that rider on the ZX-6r that took us for a ride had an average speed of ~122mph from start to finish. Compare that with the first race that the winner had an average speed of 41.45mph. In 100 years, technology has come a long way, and this is just one amazing example.
After watching what the ZX-6r can do from the factory, I am actually glad that I got my 'lil 300, at least I have a little more control over the crazy on my bike than I would on a supersport. |

That was amazing. The scenery was beautiful and the sense of speed was mind numbing.
Really puts into perspective how crazy fast these machines are. They can only truly ever be unleashed in full glory on the track. I only wish they had an even higher quality version of the video. |
