Relocation of The Rear Brake Reservoir (Pics)

Hey guys!

So I previously took out the stock airbox and decided to put the brake reservoir in the newly created space. Took out the battery and battery box, then drilled a 1" hole through the...plastic....mud guard....thingy, placed a 5/8 I.D rubber grommet, bought a L bracket, screws and nylock nuts. Then attached the L bracket to the battery box, mounted the reservoir, and cut about an inch and a half off the brake line, attached it, bled the brakes, then removed the stock reservoir bracket with a dremel tool, sanded, painted and ALL WAS GOOD

Here are some pics of my bike after moving the rear brake reservoir, enjoy

Nicely done It really cleans up the back of the bike. It's always cool to see someone who takes the time to make a mod that looks like it came from the factory with great fit and finish.

What kind of abuse does the reservoir hose go thru during suspension compression???

I may have to copy this mod. Limits my room for the cruise control I wanted to add though.

The reservoir & hose are both attached to the frame, so neither moves as the suspension/swing arm moves up/down..
