new rider living in Texas, but from and returning to Ga
Just wanted to say hey to all the ninja 250 riders out there. I'm so glad that i purchased mine. I own the 2011 white and black SE. I'd like to make some mods to it but lack the funds and I'm just having to much fun riding it right now to take the time to do anything extra to it. Looking forward to great riding experiences and great posts from all of you.

I think you'll be like me in Ga. man (Cairo-4 years), bought the bike for cash and left it at that. turns out it was awesome on those country roads. Had my favorites that is fo'sure. Things have changed since then for me, but for you leave them the same bikewise for now and I bet you'll be surprised. Good to have a another southern boy on board my mellow.

yeah man southern born and bred. I can't wait to get my bike to sea level and see how well it reacts there with better air intake.

Welcome!!
Beautiful bike, mods can come in time... gives you something to look forward to. It's fun to reasearch, plan and later start making changes. It's also good to ride it a bit first to see what you really need/want. |

the first thing i was thinking about doing which actually won't cost any money is taking the paint splash decals off the front and rear of my bike. Any opinions on the matter?

Welcome! GA born and raised here too. I've been in San Diego for almost three years but I should be heading back east myself sometime later this year.
