Sportisi Undertail

There are so many parts for the 08-10 250r that I can never makeup my mind!
I really love the look of the sportisi undertail but I have some concerns:

1.) I cannot find any reviews on how well it fits
2.) It is not on the sportisimoto-usa website, so how would I go about ordering it and would the cost be hefty due to overseas shipping?
3.) I cannot find any reviews on installation procedure and does it come with good instructions?
4.) Can I use the stock brake light?
5.) I feel like it would be difficult to mount a license plate bracket
6.) I would need a license plate light (could i use the stock one?)
7.) Can i use the stock directional signals?

I am not sure if i want to take a chance or just buy the R&G tail tide because i have heard nothing but good reviews

I am sorry for the all the questions, but i am a college student and like to know everything before i make a purchase that will cost me food for the next month
