FS: Scorpion EXO-1000, Medium, $40 Shipped
Selling a Scorpion EXO-1000, size medium in the Apollo matte anthracite color-way.
Used for the 100 mile ride when picking up my Ninjette and was kept in my car afterwards ever since I bought my Shoei. NOTE: Date code is 10/2008, thank you csmith12 for this information. The only defect is that the glue that joins the main shell of the helmet and bottom rubberized portion has separated on the left side, most likely due to the warm climate of my car over the summer. It can be fixed with glue or epoxy but I don't have any clamps or the patience to hold the helmet long enough for an adhesive to settle. Includes the Scorpion carrying bag that came with the helmet. Please see attached pictures for the defect and the helmet as a whole. Price is $40 shipped (PayPal) to the contiguous US via UPS Ground and I will send you a tracking number immediately after it ships.

aww man, was hoping it was within 5years. I'm about to retire my backup (first) helmet for reaching 4 years. To be used only when I get haircuts
 GLWS it's still a good deal at $40 especially for someone who doesn't have that much cash and is trying to get their first set of gear. |
