Having trouble removing rear brake caliper...

Hi all, I'm trying to remove my rear wheel to get my tire changed but I'm having some trouble removing the caliper. The caliper mounting bolts on the bottom are stuck, and I might have stripped one of them trying to get them off. Any solutions? I didn't want to try anymore because I didn't wanna make it worse than I already did.

Also, those bolts are really hard to get to because the brake fluid line(?) is in the way, and doesn't give me much clearance. Will there be anything I can do to get around it?

You don't have to remove the caliper to remove the rear wheel.

Pull the axle. The bracket the caliper is on slides on a bar on the inside of the swingarm and is held in place by the axle.

OP if that's your case, find an allen key that'll JUST fit with some hammering (be gentle, I think some of those parts are alum), and a long pipe. Then, replace the bolt and possibly the part if you need to. Lucky, I didn't. You don't need to take off your brake caliper in this instance, but you probably will want to eventually.
