ticking noise
I'm hearing a ticking noise on deceleration wether I'm moving or sitting still what could it be

You must mean when when the rpms are going down. Take off the cam chain tensioner and clean it, then reinstall. It will buy you some time. In the mean time, check into an ape tensioner as a permanent replacement.

I removed the cct and it looks pretty clean except there's a little grime on the screw.what can I use to install it back on
