Custom-made Mirror Extenders

Hello everyone,

First of all I would like to introduce myself, I'm from Mexico City and my 2009 Ninja 250R is my return to Motorcycles after a few years without one. My first and last bike was a Virago 535, so this is my first sport bike.

After reading a lot about this bike in this forum I have learned so many things and already made some maintenance so I think is time to give something back.

Since I couldn't see anything behind me I decided I needed some mirror extenders but the price for a set is to high considering taxes and shipping, so I decided to fabricate them.

Attached you will find the pictures which talk by them self. The difference here was to made a thread in the metal piece so there are not that many parts (nuts, bolts, more metal parts).

The tap for this thread is M8 x 1.25, and the drill used was 6.75mm.

I know this is not a DIY but I hope this can help someone else.
