I'm scared to pin my R6. I fear it doesn't like me and wants to kill me.

Glad you enjoyed it. I personally find it to be a great way to ride a sportbike, or any bike for that matter, on the streets. It still allows you to have some fun with the throttle on larger machines, while keeping hard braking out of the picture.

Go to that group's bike night. I am a betting man.... I would wager you will find a rider or two that share your pace and sense of riding.
Ya me. I'm always in the back cause I don't wanna die. Plus all the faster people at the front are the cop sweepers Steve try Kirby's newbie rides on Sunday. You'll be surprised how much gas you'll save by going the speed limit. lol

I lead a newbie ride last weekend too and only a 1/2 tank used. Once the newbie's settled in it was ****, until one of the vets put it in the ditch with air care and all that comes with that.

FYI the guy on the R1 isn't quite all there.
