Trimmed my front fender
Decided to reduce the front fender to a more traditional profile, to go with the bike's more traditional new profile. I didn't like the 80s-Katana-style fender, pictured here:
So, a half hour with a Dremel cutter, a reciprocating saw and a belt sander produced this result. I also trimmed the side covers a little more, and painted the chromed plastic swing arm pivot covers: Last futzed with by Chicagobob; November 15th, 2012 at 12:11 PM. |

You should take a piece of the fairing, shape it and put something over the tank's bolt holes and mounting area. Should complete and finish the look well.
