think the alignment is gonna be the first thing i check, its not making any noise indicating that the bearings are bad and tire looks fairly new..

The swingarm pivots on two needle bearings that are seldom serviced.

If they are worn, the pulsing action of the engine via the chain will swing the arm and tire sideways.

With engine off, grab the frame with one hand and try to move the swingarm sideways, grabbing it by the axis of the wheel.
That will check those needle bearings and pivot shaft.

Then, grab the swingarm at the same point with one hand and try to move the wheel sideways, grabbing it by the most rear point.
That will check the bearings of the wheel.

If all that is OK, then follow the line of the tire that runs close to the border of the rim on each side.
They should keep the same distance all around on both sides, otherwise, the tire has been incorrectly installed.

If the wheel is bent, you will be able to see it while rotating it by hand (engine off).

No weights doesn't mean it's not balanced. I have had at least 4 or 5 wheel/tire combos that balanced without weights.

I hope the best for you Shawn. If your wheel is bent you have a few options. There are companies that can straighten a bent wheel. Cost for a 250 wheel should be around $100 bones and a week or so of time.

While not ideal, your rear shock will eat up a lot of rear wobble. The rear wheel of my R6 track wheels is slightly bent with a ding on the lip as well. And trust, I show it no mercy either.

In general, what I am saying is.... if it's not a real problem, do not fix what is not broken. Know what I mean?
