Fork pinch bolts missing

I noticed my front end seemed tweaked, and the left handle bar is bent. Upon further inspection I found that the lower triple pinch bolt on the left is backed out and the top on is missing. The right side is good.

Aside from straightening the allignment, should I pull the forks and see if they're straight? I rode the bike 600 miles home yesterday in its current state.

Wtf is going on with pinch bolts this season?!?!?! I worked tech a few weeks ago found multiple riders with loose or missing pinch bolts.

I will pull them if your suspect it's bent.

Chris, I have the forks off. I was thinking I could lay the chrome piece down on a table and spin it inside the fork legs to see if it is bent. Will spinning it mess up the innards of it?

The chrome doesn't appear distorted or bent anywhere, I just want to make sure it isn't bent

the right fork has the littlest bit of light that shines through on one side while the left doesn't let any light through

Guess this means I need a right fork

EDIT: JESUS WHY IS A FORK $550
