Look on craigslist, for $3800 you should find a good one.

Don't get too anxious either, i looked for 6months until i got mine.

Welcome Mu! I'm not sure what asking prices are out there, but that does seem a little high for a 2-year old bike based on what I've seen other places

its not the age or the mileage but actually the two brothers thats giving me second thoughts. i am not sure whether or not the bike is damaged because he didn't rejet it after he installed the new exhaust system. clean 2008-09 ninja 250s are hard to come by in cali, so i have to make a choice soon.

FOUND IT! 2008 plasma blue with 2000 miles. comes with seat cowl, reflective wheel stripes, frame slider, and the fender eliminated for $3700.

You should look for a cheaper one imo. It's "winter" time soon and the prices will be dropping by mid decemeber. Don't take too much consideration as far as mods go unless it's an exhaust you plan on buying anyway.

oh did you already buy it ? It's not a terrible deal or anything but winter time is coming and usually prices start to drop. Don't worry about it, as long as the bike is in good condition and you get some good riding in before it gets too "cold" (relatively speaking).
