Left SV650 Clip On Handle Bar (DIY Clip On NewGen)
I have a left Suzuki SV650 HandleBar/Clip On.
Can be used as Clip On for New Gen. I am selling for MUCH cheaper then you would find on Ebay. (Usually go for $45+) Asking $30 Shipped. You can find a right side easily and have a complete set of Clip On. Sample Picture of SV650 Clip On a New Gen. |

How does that work, since the SV has 41mm forks, & the 250 has 37mm...?

It just alittle nub. The handlebar itself is not broken.
If I remember you end having to grind it down anyways. Edit: Refer to my sample picture of it on the new gen. |

anyone find info about this? all i could find are 650r owners using these clip-ons or other newgens using them with no information. im thinking of maybe they using some sort of collar for going in between the clip-on and fork tubes.

You are supposed to take that off to fit them because the 250 triple clamp has no hole for that nub to fit into. It was made to fit a hole in an SV650 triple so that the alignment was fixed.

Lol. This mod is what got Woodcraft to make clip-ons for the 250. Lol.

I think Gorilla25 is planning a DIY, so I'd bet it'll sell then!

I regret selling mine to @Gorilla25 because now I can't see if they can be similarly shimmed to work on a pregen. It would add insult to injury if I bought it, so good luck with sale!

edit: a buddy of mine had WC clipons and the SV650 ones have a more aggressive riding position, but he has full lock right and left w/out rubbing fairings |

Just a heads up to you guys, I just so happen to have a right side SV650 clip on I've been trying to unload. Straight and clean, comes complete with bolt and even the little nub so you can grind if off yourself! Make me an offer.
GLWS op EDIT: not sure if I can post anything like that in here since I haven't been a member long enough nor have enough posts to sell stuff so mods feel free to delete it.

If I had an EX250F fairing and could loose-fit my Woodcraft from the EX250J to check clearance... I might get these SV650 clip-ons for my EX250J and use my Woodcraft clip ons on the EX250F (less shimming; Woodcraft clip-on clamps are two parts and may even fit without shims).

This sold a long time ago. I'm still working on ways to get it on a pregen. Lots of ideas. Thanks, @shiftdrift06 and @blackoutt!
