The dreads make that helmet awesome. Remove the dreads and the helmet looses that.

I've never been one for the "accessories" some people put on their helmets. This though I really, really like.

I think visibility would be fine, and I like the LED idea. Even if it was just one at the end of each dread. I can just see all the little lights swirling around in the turbulence behind you. Definitely get the attention those behind you.
