Don't forget the driving on a sidewalk, destroying public property (ripping up the grass). I bet he lipped the cop too! Lol!
Love to see the expression on his wife's face while all this went down! Bet the ride home after was fun!

There is another video that is longer that shows the Jeep sitting at a traffic light with the motorcycle cop holding up traffic. The Jeep ignores the officers direction and tries to cut in with the bikes, That's where this video starts up.

So you can add failure to obey the officer directing traffic to his charges.

It would have been fun to see the interaction with the cop.

I am old ! As to the crotchety guess you'd have to ask people I know. And I ended up being the guy driving a green Ninja

There's always 2 sides to a story, and then the truth. Responsible reporting requires both sides of the story.

I don't understand why
a) he didn't just take the left most lane if he was in a hurry since it seemed to be unoccupied
b) why the bikes didn't want him to pass in the right most lane when they just wanted to occupy the middle lane (staggered formation)

The cop wasn't anywhere near where the Jeep turned onto the street. Most drivers probably would have assumed it was OK to make the turn.
