Umm...
Long time listener, first time caller. I have been reading the forums for a few months now. I guess the time was right to step from behind the curtain. I'm a 33 yr old guy. I bought a new 2009 Ninja 250 back in February. I have had a blast on it! I also have an '03 R6 but it does not get much ride time right now. I have alot of low speed (<50mph) twistie roads here. The R6 just gets frustrated on them, but my new 250 lives for it. No major mods yet, just a fender eliminator, rear spools and wheel stripes. I started with silver stripes, changed to red, decided on kawi green and have now settled on gold. My wife says I can never ever talk about her buying shoes again....lol The gold is cool, I like it for now but straight black ain't bad either. The master plan is to powdercoat the wheels gun metal grey. So what's in the works... Just ordered a solo seat cowl & rear break modualtor. ShoGun frame sliders are next Area P full exaust & jet ket (carbon fiber) powdercoat wheels (gun metal grey) Woodcraft full reatset (silver) Woodcraft clipons That will about do it for me & the 250 mods.....I reserve the right to change my mind at any time. That bike looks great. Did you get the big bore kit for it? It looks fast just sitting there. Almost as fast as the green ones.
