Need help with jetting a Leo Vince

I had an areaP which was damaged from a crash. I replaced it with a Leo Vince Corsa full race exhaust without insert. The jetting was set up with the AreaP with an air box with the snorkel removed.

When I replaced it, it ran pretty good until the weather got cold then I could feel some flat spots. I now have pods and want to get a base line for the first race coming up in a couple weeks. My plan is to get a dyno tune, but don't think that will happen between now and first race weekend.

Can anybody give me some numbers for jetting?

leave the mains as stock and add two tiny copper washers (~0.050") underneath each needle clip. poor mans jet kit, runs like a ding dong!

If you are using the newer GP full system, leave the insert in ... the insert is needed for back pressure. [I was the first tester of the newer style GP system and like before ran without the insert & bike ran horrible]

All the AFM guys here ran with snorkel in, with stock airbox. And all of them ran the insert in.

My jetting with stock airbox, snorkel in, BMC air filter was DJ94, 40 pilot, 2Turns out on AF mixture, needle at 3 clips.

However, i know one guy who was running at AFM without the insert. His bike did not have the snorkel [That is against AFM production rules]. His bike did not have the insert in as well and apparently it ran fine.

A AEM-UEGO would be a good investment to play with your jetting on-track.
