How to design motorcycle fairings

Does anybody know a good program to design fairings?

I remember seeing something where you can design around the holes, curves and grooves on the "3D" image and at the same time, a "flat" image is generated.

What is this program called? Also, are there any other ways of designing them?

First one is free and does the 3D to flat transfer that you want

After you get them all designed up, you just need a 3d printer that can print with a abs mat.
