New Irish in PA member

Hi,

New member in south east PA. Originally from Ireland, living in USA for close to 7 years.

In my early 40's, new to bikes and bought a new 2010 250R at the weekend. Signed up for the course in 2 weeks time - bike will be in the garage until that's done.

Photo is below. Picked up a Scorpion EXO700 helmet along with some gloves and a jacket when I got the bike. Will be getting boots and pants before I finish the course hopefully.

Congrats on the bike and good luck with the course Davy! I'm pretty close to you (in Media), although I bought my bike from a fellow in Elverson, pretty close to Ludwig's Corner. Guessing that isn't too far from you.

So i'm in limerick where all family and friends (men) drive single seat scooters. And i finally ask why they drive all these scooters to begin with. reply? I'd be havin' to take the wife with me!.
