Track day/ racing tires
I have 08 250R. I was wondering what people are running and would recommend for track days and racing. Sizes and what tires. I also have a spare rear wheel off of a Ninja 300. I was wondering if I should run that or stick with the 250 rear wheel. thanks for the help.

 Stick with the 250 wheel, it's not gunna matter either way.

one of the fastest people i've seen on a 250 was running a stock IRC. that said most of the fast racers run slicks. so a bit of perspective. 90% of it is skill

Pirelli Supercorsas now come in a 140 rear with SC2 compound. Match that with the 120 front and you've got a nice setup.
That said, I initially ran the Bridgestone BT-003RS and had no issues.
