Never to rarely? Where are you seeing them disappear?

If you are looking at the Unread list, as soon as you read them, they'll "disappear" from that list but are still visible when looking at the forum they are under or when looking at Today's Posts/View New Posts>Last Day drop down menu.

I have seen a few magically go poof in my average time here, and some do get locked. Alex is da bomb diggity moderator, he knows whats up and has even locked one of mine before. It's for the best though, no harm no foul ya know.
