PM'ing you now.
Edit never mind you have your account set up to not receive PM's... Paypal works best, wont have you pay till I have it done. Like I said in the top post, all are made to order, don't have any on hand, might be a week or two before I can make one. Ill let you know. Try to fix your account so you can accept PMs.

Me too, but I'm fine with aluminium, and if its mild steel I can coat it with something. One couldn't dream of titanium for this price. Any way I'm happy.

Resistant to oxidation, lightweight, durable enough for a wheel spacer. What more can you ask for for $13.

Will also notice less drag on the front wheel as well.

Love mine, the tire does have a lot LESS drag. If you haven't read my review on it, you can see it here:

Absolutely. No need for anything more than this. 6061 is very resilient and is used in the food industry for certain applications where weight/mass matters and stainless (304, 316L) isn't practical. Can be anodized....if doing that, ream the inside afterwards.

I tech bikes for MCRA, saw a 250 come through with a stack of washers epoxied together for a front wheel spacer... What ever works.

No issues, you will have to cover the difference in shipping. Think it was $5-7 last time I sent something to Canada.

Will these spacers fit a newgen EX500 wheel also? I installed an EX500 (2009) front wheel on a pregen set of forks, but the spacer would be my choice instead of a slightly narrowed ex250 speedo drive lol...

I measured 38mm in length, but I have a question - do you remove the speedometer drive coupler that is held in the wheel with the circlip, and then what is used to keep dust and dirt out of the bearing area? I know the other side has a seal, but this side uses the speedo drive as the seal... so, what did the fellow with the newgen pic in the review of your spacer use, as it looks like some kind of seal used there... Not sure how that would work.

Yep, I still make these and the captive spacers as the orders come in. Responding to PM now.

Installed mine today, truly an easy direct bolt in part. Nothing aftermarket these days seems to be that way. Front axle torque is 65 ft-lbs for anyone else doing this swap. I am using my Garmin as the speedo, my bike has sprockets and the stock speedo was WAY off.
