New member in Michigan

Howdy... from the great white north of Michigan! I get about 6 months of driving my 2009 Ninja 250R. And half of those are VERY cold riding! Anyway, I purchased my bike brand new from U-Win Motorsports here in Ludington, MI where I live. She's blue, and I love the little thing. After the first summer, my friends got hooked, and went out and found little Ninjas themselves. Now I've got a few friends with bikes that love to go for rides together! Figured I'd finally join the forum! Hi, and nice to meet you! Oh yeah, I'm a 6' dude weighing in around 185. She moves me around plenty good! Someday I might step up to a ZX-6R, if I find a good deal. LOL

Go into your user control panel, and add an avatar picture. The avatar is what shows up next to posts, and the profile picture is a larger one that shows up when people visit your profile. (they are separate)

About to his 3K this week. Obviously don't drive her much.... put on most of those miles this year. With gas prices being what they are, the Tahoe sits more! LOL. Just got done ripping down my buddy's 04 Ninja 250R. Got a cylinder that keeps going dead. Got spark. Got gas. Lower compression, but runs perfect for a while, then goes dead again. I'm thinking a coil. Never done it till it hit 85 the other day. We never get temps like that here on the lakeshore. What do you think?

Mods? Not for me! Still got the big dumb long rear fender! LOL. Looking at picking up an 05 500R that got dropped. She's got a whole 27 miles on her. Been parked in a garage under a tarp since the day he bought it and dropped it. LOL. You guys think that 500 will fit in my buddy's 250?
