trixter is exactly right. Any data gathered from the internet would be considered evidence, not testimony.

When they drag you into the police station for questioning, you can still claim the fifth.

Indeed.
Anything posted online, including facebook (even in private messages), is considered public data.

Plus it probably doesn't help if the guy is bragging about it being him at any point.

Fun but stupid

This is the kind of "fun" that gives us all a bad name in the eyes of the public.

This proves that riding skills and common sense don't necessary co-exist in a motorcycle rider.

i can see the thrill in doing something like this, but there are too many uncontrolled variables at play...

its better to take challenge yourself against other more skilled riders at the track where you wont completely total your bike if you wreck.

oh, and the chance of survival is better, too...

Dude that's stupid wheres the fun in going to a track? There's no obstacles to split between and you have to keep slowing down to turn

maybe i think that way since the freeways around here are garbage, and lane splitting is illegal.

either way, track days are fun you should try them.

His problem is that he's showing the speedo and always state "I don't know why everyone is going so slow if you got a mic".

Always maintain plausible denibility ...

Sorry couldn't help it.

Have to make a tagline
I try to drive safe, but it doesn't always work out.

That would work to a certain point. If the video is a copy then the embed codes will be different. Good advice though.
