Long beach is western Nassau if i'm correct? I'm on LI, but further out in Suffolk, near Riverhead. I'm sure there's plentyyy of people near you on this forum though.

How many ny/Li threads we got around here? Im not familiar with some of the better riding routes in these parts, anyone know some good roads and mind if I tag along soon? Weekends mostly but I can make an evening exception if it sounds promising. Is it Friday yet?? =)

Yeah...no quick trips, comparitively speaking. Spend most time north of peekskill on the backroads...been exploring Katonah- North/South Salem areas a little...want to see what CT has...a bit of NNE Jersey and if you like long days...been a year since I did Catskills and i looooove it up there. I know some very good routes...loops....been riding a long time.

Dark Ninj-

I clocked 120 miles out east and back home by noon...ended up in Amagansett avoiding Montauk Highway...mostly all backroads.

Very nice ride if:

A:you avoid the main drag, no secret there's way too much traffic out there
B: you leave and return early

Tomorrow Brooklyn (again early leave and return)
