Anyone in Mid-Atlantic Ride with NESBA?

So, my wife finally gave me her blessing to track my new 300. Very excited, have never been to the track before, but thrilled to do it on the ninjette. I'll be doing my first track day next summer, and after doing a bit of looking, I think I'll try NESBA. Affordable, they run at VIR and Summit Point, and even have a 'Free Trial' for folks who want to put wheels on the track for a couple sessions before committing to a day (very cool).

Anyone near here roll with them or want to next season? I'm slightly intimidated at the thought of being walked by by the R1s on the straights, so it would be fun to have another ninjette on the track. Anyway, I've got the whole winter/spring to think and plan, but advice, suggestions, stories, soapboxes, lessons or pontifications are welcome.

Why not? It's just down the road from you, lol. Yeah, that would be a pretty serious trip. But if you decide to head down for a NESBA event, let me know!

I ride with NESBA a bunch and VIR is essentially my "home" track. I was at Barber last weekend with my 08 250 and I had a great time. I have some videos I will post up of the weekend. PM me and let me know when you are headed up to VIR.

That's awesome. Glad to know there may be another ninjette on a local track regularly.

Also, since you record: do you have any videos of you at VIR? Thanks!

I've done a few track days with NESBA. They are a great organization. Whenever I'm looking to do a track day on the east coast I check with NESBA first. I have no idea where I'll be when you're doing your track day, but let me know and I'll be there if I can.

I love this forum!

Thanks guys, for the vids and info. It *looks* to me (but what do I know) like VIR is a pretty fast track; if so, I might look closer at Summit Point, which I know is very tight and technical. I think that would be less intimidating on my little gal.

In any case, you bet I'll post up when I'm going!
