Kick Stand Question

So when I place my bike down on the kick stand i feel like it leans too much to the side. Is there any way to fix this issue?

You feel this way even when parked on flat, solid ground?

You could slide a 2x4 or whatever thickness of wood that will raise it up to your liking but unless something is up with your kickstand or your parking on a hill, I doubt it's over to far. In fact you don't want it to stand straight up as it would be easier to knock it over.

Got a pic?

If you notice on the picture below how it leans too much.

Hmmm, that does seem to be over farther than normal. Everything is tight and where it should be right?

Kickstand bent? Because it kinda looks like it is near the mount point. Hard to tell for sure from the pic. Kickstand mount point bent/damaged in any way?

its easy to bend one of the paws on the kickstand if you leave it down and try to turn into it. maybe the previous owner did this. either way, that amount of lean is a non-issue. if anything, its safer in the wind.

Perhaps a new bracket will suffice?
