Hello! New member.
Hello, new guy here.
A friend gave me a basket case 1990 ninjette awhile ago & the plan was to fix it up for my girlfriend, It quickly became apparent that it was going to take more money than it was worth so the project was shelved for awhile. I recently picked up a fairly nice 2005 that had a lost title ($700), and I'm mostly finished swapping everything onto the 1990 frame. You folks have been invaluable in this process. My girl is taking the MSF class next month. I should have the ninja ready well before then. I did ride the '05 a bit before I started pulling it apart & it is one seriously fun bike! I'm really excited about getting her riding. As for myself, I've been riding about 30yrs & currently average about 1k mi a month on my Kawasaki Concours. I'm lucky enough to live within a couple hours of The Dragon & I've run it dozens of times. I'm planning to take Anne there this July. (Maybe she'll let me take her ninja through it!) |
