Hi, I'm looking for a Ninja 250. 2008 or newer....roughly in the $2000-$3000 range. Let me know if you have one or know of someone that has one. Also...I'm trying to stay as local as possible...around central and lower MI. Thanks!!!

Aloha and welcome, Michelle.

Good idea buying used. Make sure the bike checks out and doesn't need repairs. A bike needing repairs costing slightly less will most often easily end up costing you more than if you had paid a bit more for a prime example initially.

Documentation, receipts and full service records are highly desirable when buying used. You don't want to end up buying someone else's headaches.

True that! Yea, my boyfriend has an R6 and he's way more knowledgable on bikes than me. I'm a rookie just trying to learn how to play ball.

My 2009 250R isnt quite for sale at this point, but I've been looking very hard at trading mine in or selling it privately. So i can get a 2009 New 0 miles 650R (Green or Red) for Under $5,000 OTD.

Let me know if any kawi dealerships near you have one.

Ive been looking on ebay and craigslist for such a 2009 650R, but nutin yet.

Thanks! I actually found my bike! I'm in love with her! She's perfect for me! Now all I have to do is learn to ride. My class is on friday. I'm super pumped, but super nervous too! Lol
