Carburetor Problem

Hey so i just got this motorcycle its a 2009 Kawasaki Ninja 250R i have cleaned ever part of these Carbs and I'm still having Problem from wanting to die right off the Throttle To when I'm moving down the road it bogs down and then gains power

what method(s) did you use.....ultrasonic, compressed air?

Kit parts present inside carbs?

The carb wasn’t that bad so I used carb cleaner

okay after a long day of ripping things back apart i have finally got it working i used chem dip carburetor parts cleaner and compressed air and B 12 im going to get gas treatment for ethanol so it lowers that down but it is running a lot better now i will add videos and pictures now but the bike is not done by no means i want to get new fairings and stuff and need a new set of wheels
