New bike new member

Hi guys name is Zane. Just purchased a 09 250 ninja with 1600 miles, this is my first bike and I'm really excited to join the community and hope to learn as much as I can. I also drive a 03 Toyota Celica GT-S. Unfortunatly I live in Oregon and it tends to be rainy more then sunny around here but I hope to ride my new bike for the next few months until october or so. Also being my first bike I'd like to install frame sliders as a bit of insurance I've read shogun are the best kind, any comment on that would be helpful.

Yep I passed my safety course on Thursday and bought the bike Saturday (yesterday)

I'm actually in Aloha but maybe we can, I only know one other person personally who rides a bike.

not being biased or anything, but yeah... black is the best color. ok, maybe a little biased. if there had been white or yellow, i would have gone with one of those instead, but black is the best of the 4.
