Hi from GA

Well I am new to riding. Got my bike (red) back in October of 08. Took the MSF class at Stone Mountain HD in December. Class was a lot of fun and I learned a lot.

My bike was stock untill today, when I put on Area P Standard Stainless Steel exhaust and factory pro jet kit. Took me about 4 to 5 hours. Man I didn't think that it would make much of a different but it did. Took it for a short ride and its like a hole new bike.

Well just want to say hi all.

Aloha and welcome, Chris.

As you've found out, these bikes take well to mods. Good luck... sounds like you're hooked!

Thank again for the warm welcome. I have been look around at most of the post, just think what I want to do next. I think I am going to get new set (Corbin) next. As the stock one starts to get uncomfortable after about 2 hours of riding. Is Corbin the only company that make seats for the 250? Might try to reshape the stock one. Just something to look into.
Thanks

I see Don. It is a little overwhelming though. But like anything on the internet you just have to know were to look and this seems like the place to look for any ninja 250 info.

It's a guy that own an upholstry place up in canada who does a lot of bike seats. I forgot to ask him what type of foam he used but it was white not yellowish. He stripped the old foam and replaced it with 1" of this new foam only on the sitting area. I have to say it was quite a difference. I didn't mind the stock foam but was trying to shave an inch off and he suggested this instead.
