Mixture screw turns.
This is probably just one of those situations where I'm just over-thinking the technicality of what a "turn" consists of. For the life of me I can't find any reference on google or in any of my mechanical books.

I like to put a clear mark on the screwdriver handle in relation to the position of the blade to give you some reference when setting the screws.

Gotcha. That makes more sense if the carbs are still installed.
