i have a few from my grandfather. one wrist watch went through WW2 on some kind of british aircraft support boat or something. it's got a cool hand painted picture of a boat and a plane on it. i don't carry them though. my daily pocket watch gets 4mbps.

I do have a pocket watch...custom engraved and everything. I also have a wind-up wrist watch that I inherited from my grandfather.

I don't carry them on a regular basis, though.

Haven't got a monacle yet, but I would like one.

when i was younger i wore a windup from my father. during my "party days" i would carry a broken caribiner watch that i found on the beach that had the dial replaced with a paper saying "No time like the present". i dont like wrist watches because of riding a moto it always screws with my wrist with the gloves and jacket... and pocket watches are so heavy compared to my phone. these days wrist watches and pocket watches are more for style than anything else.

I love pocket watches. I am a trained watch maker. And the pocket watch is like a giant dinosaur. They are fun to work with.

That is def cool! Reminds me of when my dad first saw my bike; he shook his head an said "take that you back an get a real bike" an just smiled, my family only used to ride American bikes.
