1st time owner/rider from SE TX area,
whats goin on guys jus wanted to say hi, bought my first lil ninja 250 2011 special ed green/black. ive grown up racing two stroke 250 yz dirt bike , always wanted to ride street but finally got enough cash after college (which keep me broke lol) to get me one,,,deff best thing i ever did ,,even though it doesnt have 600cc power or greater,,without a doubt i love my lil bike its quick enough around time and alot better acc than ithought,, jus painted my wind screen to black it out,,bout dmp intergrated smoked lense tailights with turn sig in them leds, bought green seat cowl, and tank pad cover,, they should all be in about a less than a week im excited ,,,anyone got any tips on how i should ride to break the engine in??????????????

engine break-in is a highly debated topic here. There's plenty of threads devoted to that. Methods range everywhere from taking it seriously easy, to doing the moto-man method and wringing it's neck to get the rings to seat as fast as possible.
