Easy enough to replace, just remove the cover.
Part number 92069-1055 if you want to order it online.

So you guys really buy genuine OEM motorcycle bulbs?
I take my burned out bulbs to the auto parts store and get aftermarket automotive equivalent ones. |

Depends. Some bulbs (like this one) are readily available at almost any auto parts store. Just take it in, compare the filaments and posts, and you're done. Others (like the freaking flush mount turn signal lights) are not so common and need an online source.
Personally, I like looking up parts so I can compare prices.

Personally I would use this as an excuse to install a fender eliminator kit that has a built in regular bulb or LED's of it's own.

Or chop down the OEM fender?
I used a #67 LED no more worries about it burning out, and possibly pulled over by the rozzers. Example: http://www.ebay.com/itm/271846234176
