vacuum leak/ petcock not working

so my fuel petcock wouldn't dispense fuel and I purchased a new one and that one wont either, I originally thought it had to do solely off of there being corrosion at the top but my next lead is to check where the vacuum is being produced, is the only vacuum tube the one that connects to the carb?

Correct, brass fitting at top/front of left hand carb. Vacuum is constant from there. Do NOT USE any other fitting!

What year is your 250?
