Leather Conditioner

What is a good brand of conditioner to use on leather gloves, boots and gear to keep them from drying out and cracking over time?
Trying to find something suitable for the gear i have so as to keep it as clean and soft as the day i got it.

Leather Honey has a good rep. I've used it on my jacket and it worked fine.

To clean my white leathers i've been using Fiebings white saddle soap (use yellow for black/dark leathers). actually works pretty well!

conditioners and cleaners are usually separate products.

Saddle Soap to clean
Skidmore's Leather Cream to condition

Try that combo, I got a $10 that says you'll never use anything else again.

Anyone use Lexol? I got some 'cause it's not that expensive. Seems okay, but I have few things to compare it to.
