Ouch! I would think my reaction to another rider going down would be to stay clear, stop as soon as possible and help them out.

As soon as the video started I could tell the rider in front was over his head. Look at how he is behind the ball. He is weaving through the turn. If you see someone on the edge like that back way way off.
