Cool Vid! I think I have seen it before though.

Let's see who pays attention. To those who have been to the track with me and we talked about braking. What is this rider doing?

Saw this vid on reddit just a few minutes back. Pretty cool view and I'm impressed by the smoothness of how he enters corners. Also looks like he's braking into the first what would seem like quarter or half of the corner then gets on the gas? Dunno but neat vid.

Lol, I only just watched it to the end. for running off track with style too.

BTW the rider is Aussie racer David Johnson on a BMW S1000RR.

What impresses me is the smoothness of it. I had a hard time braking at the track because my braking and throttle wouldn't agree so when I let off the brakes I'd upset the suspension a little bit. Need to get my 250 back up to at least track it. I have some big body positioning improvements in mind and this seems like another lesson to learn.

Here is your first "really advanced" lesson. To make the bike turn, you first have to make it unstable.

Since your buttox is one of the main surface areas of feel, when hard on the brakes, the rear looses a lot of it's feel. Completely normal.

So what do you do?

Countersteer? I don't quite get the situation and objective.
