Replacing CA gas tank help needed

I have tried consulting this link:

https://www.ninjette.org/forums/showthread.php?t=100050

Still hasn't really helped...

My CA Ninja 2012 250se gas tank has 3 ports on the left. vacuum, blue dot, red dot. I successfully removed the tank.

I have a replacement tank from ebay, (brand new, grabbed from another bike from NC, with only two ports)

How do I go about routing all the hoses and stuff so I don't have any issues.

Thank you for the help

Don't. Know if the links will help. I'm having issues with iPad.

You're probably gonna have to take the emissions box thingy out. You should be able to see the different tanks on parts diagrams on some websites like bikebolts.com. let us know how it goes!
