Helmet Preference for Stunting?

Iv noticed some stunters wear motor cross helmets. Do they increase your vision or is it just preference?

Stunters are all about style over function so there's definitely some trend following in that community.

But motocross helmets are also lighter and cheaper to replace so perhaps stunters take that into consideration as well.

Personally I think that you should always wear a really good street helmet that is specifically made to absorb pavement impact. It's inevitable to go down as a stunter so why not protect your head in the best way - you've only got one!

Motocross helmets have much better ventilation than full face helmets. More comfortable in hot weather.

it's easier to yell at someone with a motox helmet vs full face. but less risk of messing up the money-maker than with a half helmet/skid lid
