160 in one of the worst winds I've ever ridden in, was not fun. I might get flack for saying this but today was the only time I can ever think of where a 250 probably wouldn't have had enough power, my poor 500 was straining in 6th gear at times. Was some crazy wind.. + my new sailbags I mean saddlebags.

Yesterday about 70 total, including about 40-50 miles of random backroads on a gorgeous Spring day. today is cloudy and rainy and gloomy. I'm sitting here in sweatpants, that's how unmotivated I am right now.

Zero.

Again.

Because even though it's spring, it's still in the 20s at night and there's still snow. Some more fell yesterday.

#$*$)##@ WARM UP, ALREADY!

Bloody National Weather Service. I ordered nice spring weather from them months ago and they STILL haven't delivered. I need to register a customer complaint.

Not too many exciting miles on Leo the blue ninja (my kids name it), but I did get to put about 10 on 'Merica the Red White and Blue 20yo VFR. Not exciting miles, per se, but the fact that I am "done" enough to put her on the street was VERY exciting for me! Quite a different feeling to ride to the shop with 27hp, toy around with 98hp for a bit and then ride home on 27hp again.

70 miles just riding around randomly on my day off. I would have gone farther, but halfway through I realized I didn't have my wallet and more importantly, what's inside it, my license lol.

Yesterday, 2 blocks to the gym, then 25miles around the loop.

Today, planning on about 100.

32 laps on my 1 good trail (1.2miles) behind my house with a friend on his 4 wheeler. Broke the footpeg on the lil' yammi 80. So broke out the china 200. It was good and bad at the same time. Good to be out riding, bad that the suspension on the 200 is sh*t.

Burned 1/2 tank of old fuel

Amounting to about 80 miles of highway/backroads maybe 60/40 ratio respectively.

Short ride today (the gym). Yesterday I did the loop. Tomorrow never knows. Sunday, big ride if weather is perfect and I'm still awake after the Formula 1 race, Supercross, and WSB race.

I was going to write essentially the same post except mine is about 6 (3 mi one-way). Nothing except accumulated ice or snow interrupts this.

Karate practice is 20mi round-trip, but that's evening riding so I defer to the car whenever it's tricky. My vision is good but black ice is a totally other beast.

I woke up hearing tire testing at the track (last few days). I thought it would be a good day to ride (out to the track and complain). Now, I'm not one to complain about track days but, if I'm not invited I think it's rude. It's overcast and only 70 degrees so I don't think I'll ride out and complain. Besides, I think it's sports car testing.

If it gets nicer I'll ride this afternoon.
