The best pipe for a 250 is the track pipe! hahahahahah

What do you want out of your exhaust? Performance, sound, sex appeal, something else maybe?

Performance wise the best FULL exhaust for our bikes is Area P. But at the same time its what the majority of the guys have on their bike on here. But there are some who have experienced with a couple different ones. As for sound, well, unless you have a bunch of 250's in a row with different exhausts on each, we can't tell you which sounds best cuz it's all personal opinion. I welded the can off a gixxer on my bike and I think it sounds deep, throaty, exactly what I like. Now I've only heard a yoshi full system on our bikes aside from my own setup and mines much louder than that. Mine actually drowned out a co workers zx-14 stock exhaust both at idle and high revs. I don't mind the noise one bit. Gotten several comments on it too.

I am running the TYGA on my 250!! Good price, but with shipping that doesn't take forever, it's just a little less the the Area P. It sounds good! Not too loud, and the gains are pretty good.

I have a Musarri Slip-on, and I love it. It comes with a silencer that I removed pretty much instantly and it's nice and loud, but not obnoxious.

It's quite cheap but from when I handled it during the install, it seems sturdy and looks great on the bike (my opinion).

I got mine off ebay, but there's another link if you want to check it out.

LOL...interesting. "NinjaTwin" is actually a friend of my girlfriend! . It was interesting and I was putting two and two together because it mimicked exactly what she told me on how to mod my 250!

My last 250R has a Leo Vince exhaust and that thing was just pure awesome. Probably the best out there. My new 250R has the stock exhaust which I feel isn't that bad and the power difference between the stock Ninja and my old Ninja isn't that big. Been thinking about getting a Tyga Exhaust because they're cheap and look good but really want an Area P... just not sure if the price is worth the ~5 hp you will gain with a full exhaust and a rejet.

I'll probably stick with stock.

You do know that a 5 hp gain on this bike is 15-22% right? Trying to get that on most bikes is thousands.

That said, personal budget and preference play a huge role in choice...and I don't like noise just for the sake of noise (hear that harley riders?).
