Depends...

Brand, how old, how used, any problems?

I am currently using Woodcraft CFM tire warmers normally for 120 fronts and 190 rears. I just tied a knot in the straps of each warmer to make it wrap around the wheel easier. I do like how the 190 rear tire warmer completely drapes over past the rim to really keep heat in the tires/wheels

no brand
6 Track days old
no problems no tears, burns or holes

THE POST

These are cheap but good working warmers. Used about 6 times. Great for new trackday riders looking to get extra life out the their tires. They work great, no tears, burns or holes.

•The LED on the cord shows when they're on and heating (orange)and when they're up to temperature (green).
•The very dense heating grid insures even heating of the tire.
•Wide side skirts keeps the heat in.
•110 volts and a 170°F thermostat.

I actually already bought them they actually fit real good. Ill post up some pics when I can

damn, I voted yes, but i change my answer to no. personally if you are in a area with the temp regularly over 90, i think tire warmers are useless unless you are racing. I dont use them, and i use the first few corners to warm the tires and get my mind in the right place. I also dont believe in heat cycles, for the tires I use, regular street tires.

There are a few factors that a rider would consider before puttin' on the warmers. Air temp, track surface temp, tire type/compound, expected top pace and how soon do you need to get to your top pace.

I hope they work out for you. Seems sometimes they are hit or miss.

Did you buy them? Just trying to gather some info...it looks like some people just run the standard 180-200 warmers and get by with them.

I'd like to find a set I can run between a 120-150 rear tire...

The front fits perfect and the rear goes over the sides but everything is A ok. no problem here

Riding in lvl 2 (Intermediate) the confidence it gives me knowing that the tires aren't cold
