Hello from California

Hello all, I am a long time 250 Ninja rider from the Silicon Valley in California. I bought my first 250 Ninja in 1987 to race with the AFM. A few years ago my girlfriend wanted to ride so we got her a 250 Ninja and I had so much fun on it that I bought one and then another and another. I've been riding them on the street and at track days for the last couple of years and have started racing them with the AFM again this year after a 20 year absence from racing.

Dang, what size tires are you running on the racebike. What wheels? Or were they widened? Yeah, BIG welcome. I had my first 250 Ninja back in 1993, and I'm back on one again 16 years later. Doesn't hurt that I have an '08 ZX-10R either. But I really enjoy the 250.

My Yellow bike does have Kosman widened wheels. I am currently racing this bike in AFM Superbike. The wheels are 3.25" front and 4.5" rear. I'm using a 110-17 front tire and a 150-17 rear. Big wheels and tires make the 250 a completely different bike.

Thanks, this yellow one is my favorite:

It has all the good stuff on it including, as of this week, the motor out of the old 909 bike.
